A Taste of France | Bistro Étoile: Four Courses, Four Beers

Get ready for an unforgettable evening of French-inspired flavors and craft brews!
Join us in person for a thoughtfully curated four-course menu, with each dish paired to complement a fantastic beer from Hopnonymous Brewing. Enjoy a warm, elevated atmosphere with beautiful décor that sets the tone for the night.

Seating will be open and family style, creating a welcoming, communal dining experience, so come ready to mingle and enjoy great company!

Please note: This ticket covers your food experience only. Beer pairings will be available for purchase on-site at the event.

Food:

1. Tahitian Poisson Cru - Tuna ceviche, serve with crostini
2. Poulet aux morilles - Chicken breast in morel creamy sauce
3. Steak frites - Roasted Tri-tip, peppercorn sauce, French fries
4. Crepes suzette - Crepes, flambéed with Grand Marnier

Beer:

Flight of 4 for $18 or flight of 6 for $24 (each glass is 10oz)

We highly recommend with the following pairing however we would be happy to adjust for any preferences or allergies.

And /or: “The Turnstable” Belgian Summer Ale with Passion Fruit 4.8%

Beer 2 : “ Dorsty Lion” Belgian Strong Ale 8% (2 times golden medal SDBN)

Beer 3 : “ Got Tegridy “ SD IPA 7%

And/or “Hog Heaven” NZ IPA 7.1%

Beer 4 : “Rad Santa” Winter Warmer Ale 8.6%

And / or ”Midnight train” Imperial Stout 12%
